We constantly research methods of improving customer service for our clients. A Survey was completed by a company called RightNow based on customer experiences. There are quite a few shocking statistics in the report, and one that stood out was "82% of consumers have stopped doing business with a company as a result of a negative experience". This makes sense if you think about a bad experience you had with a company. On the other side of the coin, what about a positive experience? The statistic is even better, "85% of consumers said they would be willing to pay more over the standard price in order to ensure a superior customer experience".
Now my question to you is, what are you doing to ensure a superior customer experience?

There are a couple different meanings to the word Accessible. There is the American Disability Act (ADA) version which speaks of having your physical location easily accessible, and your website should be accessibly to individuals with disabilities. Is Your Business Trustworthy?
What makes a business trustworthy? I would argue that its an entire package of things, not just one specific action. When new customers come to a business, there is no trust there. If its a referral, then there is trust in the person that referred you, but it must still be a great experience to the new client for that trust to be transferred.
